Subedit started as a captioner. Then we watched real Whop clippers work and the story changed. They were not asking for a better caption tool. They were asking why they had to render three times for three platforms, why the audio kept getting flagged, and why they could never remember which brief had paid them last month.
So we rebuilt it. One source clip in, three platform tuned variants out. TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts in one click. The original audio gets muted and replaced with a licensed track from the pool, because residual original audio is what platform fingerprinting actually matches on. A brief tracker that learns your numbers as you submit, so you stop guessing which brief actually pays and which one is burning your hours.
The project is run by one founder. The code is shipped openly, every change goes on the changelog, and there is no roadmap theater. If something is broken you can email and a human will fix it.
What is coming next. The variant export is live. The brief tracker is live. Postiz scheduling is wired up so the three variants land in the right inbox at the right time. Whop OAuth is next so the briefs you already follow show up automatically. After that, cross platform earnings memory and a tier for community owners who want to run their clippers from one place.
