Schedule via Postiz

How the Postiz integration queues your three variants for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. What Postiz costs, what posts automatically, and what TikTok forces you to finish by hand.

Schedule via Postiz

After you export the three platform variants you can queue all three for posting through Postiz. This guide covers what is automated, what is not, and where to set expectations.

What Postiz is

Postiz is a separate scheduling tool we partner with. They handle the OAuth tokens with each social platform, the upload pipeline, and the queue. You hand off three files and a schedule, they take it from there.

We picked Postiz because they support every platform we care about, they have a public API, and they document the Whop clipping workflow on their own blog. Most clipper scheduling tools assume an agency context. Postiz does not.

What it costs

Postiz Standard is twenty nine dollars a month. There is a seven day free trial. We do not mark it up. You pay them directly.

There is no free tier with API access so you do need to be on Standard to use the Schedule via Postiz button. You can still export your three variants without Postiz and post them manually on each platform.

What posts automatically

Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts post directly. Pick a time, hit schedule, and they go live at the scheduled minute. No manual step.

That is two out of three platforms fully hands off.

Where TikTok forces you back

TikTok does not allow automated direct posting from third party apps anymore. Postiz used to support direct post mode but TikTok rejected the audit. The only mode that still works is upload to drafts.

That means your TikTok variant lands in your TikTok app inbox at the scheduled time. You open the TikTok app, find the draft, finish the caption if you want, and hit post yourself.

This is a TikTok policy thing, not a Postiz limit. Every other tool that claims to post to TikTok automatically is either ignoring the rule or doing something that will get them shut down. Read the Postiz docs if you want the full story.

So plan for one manual tap per TikTok submission. Set a phone reminder.

How to connect

Open /schedule. Click Connect Postiz. You will go through their OAuth flow. Once connected, your three platform export will show a Schedule via Postiz button in the export modal.

What to set as the schedule

Most clipping briefs reward fast posting. Schedule the three variants within the same hour. Do not stagger by days because the brief budget might run out.

When it fails

If a submission fails Postiz will retry once. After that the post stays in your queue with an error. You will see it in the Postiz dashboard and you can fix the file and reschedule.
